When analyzing complete health & wellness and how it impacts our lifestyle, it's important to look at all aspects: physical, subtle energies, and spiritual.

A restorative practice in the Ayurvedic tradition that has been around for thousands of years to align your mind, body & soul can be achieved by balancing the elements in a 30 minute session with Ayurveda Foot Reflexology OR Ayurvedic Head, Neck and Face pressure point therapy.

Illustrated in the ancient texts of Ayurveda, spring is the season when earth and water elements are dominant all around us and within us. The feet and head have pressure points that are the energy centers which run throughout the body. When pressed & stimulated, they can trigger the circulatory energies in our vital organs allowing the body to naturally detox and balance the elements. These ancient therapies have been proved to unblock the flow of vital energies by stimulating the nervous system which in turn helps to release tension, anxiety and sluggishness and also help balancing the chakras, promoting relaxation and relieving stress by restoring Prana or chi.

The session will take place at Orchard View Lavender Farm’s private & cozy cottage away from the day’s distractions. Both sessions include the use of warm Ayurvedic oils on the pressure points and end with steam towels.

For those of you registering for Ayurveda head therapy, please bring a hat, cap or a scarf to cover your head when you leave. The head massage stimulates the points which open the hair follicles. It’s recommended as a precaution you to protect your head from the outside elements.
