As the founder and owner of Green Tulip Health & Wellness, LLC, I provide one on one Ayurvedic wellness consultation, counseling sessions, holistic services and vegetarian cooking classes and events for the basic purpose of holistic lifestyle mindset, relaxation, stress reduction and overall well being. None of the services offered by me should be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I am not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or perform spinal or skeletal adjustments to treat any physical or mental illness. All information provided at the time of service is entirely educational in nature and is to be used at your own risk. Before making an appointment, I strongly advise you to consult with your primary care physician if you have any specific health issues e.g. chronic conditions, high blood pressure, prescription drugs and/ or any other that may contradict with the services, and whether these services are even right for you.
I agree to hold Green Tulip Health and Wellness, LLC harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property or self, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in our activities and services, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity. If Green Tulip Health and Wellness, LLC incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Green Tulip Health and Wellness, LLC.
We require a 48hr cancelation policy. Should you cancel within that period prior to your appointment, fees may be assessed. Tardiness may result in a cancelation of service. All appointments are subject to availability of the hosting partner. Should a conflict arise, Vibha will reach out to reschedule a time slot that will work with you and her.

Gift Certificates expire after one year of purchase and hold no cash value. Once gifted, certificates are non transferable.
